"On April 28th, Mr. Vick sold my dogs on e-bay auction, and used the proceeds to purchase missiles from the Iran government".

Mmmm...somehow, I think this is intended as humorous. Although, it could also be the work of a mentally ill person who went to law school.

As a general rule of thumb, court documents tend to be typed, not handwritten.

It's real (here is a link to the gubmint site featuring the same document). The guy is in prison, and has filed a metric assload of insane lawsuits. I'm not sure if he's insane or doing it as a joke, though. Probably the latter.
