If you look it is dangling from the loose part of his foreskin which extends beyond the glans.

In the interests of science I felt compelled to try this to prove what I already suspected* - it is completely painless. The spring in the clamshell doesn't exert a great deal of force. I used two different phones for a better sample size.

Neither stayed on very long - not enough grip, and it did require some dexterity to place them there.

So I don't think the kid would be screaming.

If you want to try this at home and don't have a penis, try shutting your little finger, earlobe, lip, nose or nipple in a clamshell phone. All equally painless. If you don't jave a clamshell phone, borrow one or just take my word for it.

I guessed it wouldn't hurt very much either as those phones don't close very tightly. The kid is probably more amused/confused than anything. Especially since the person taking the photo was probably laughing, so the kid probably thought something must be funny.
