That's unlikely. Knott Berry Farms is owned by Cedar Fair Entertainment Co., which is publicly traded.
Whether the Knott family does or doesn't is irrelevant, as they no longer control the Farm. Similarly, the Knott Berry Farms brand of jelly and jam is now sold by ConAgra, another publicly traded company. The Wiki page notes that Walter Knott was known for his right-wing views, but he died in 1981.

If it's publicly traded, it's almost definitely owned at least partially by KKK members! :o

Comment: On Saturday, June 16, my daughter told me that she was boycotting
Steve Madden shoes because she had heard that a group had peeled back the insides of the shoes to substantiate or disprove a rumor they had heard and discovered swastikas imprinted on the shoes. |

Yet another publicly traded company, so that particular theory can be discarded right off the bat.
Seems to be an FOAF story. Here's a guy whose friend works with a girl who claims that the swastika incidentn really happened. Although the picture provided shows the swastika facing the wrong way, so it's not a Nazi symbol.

In all of these "[Business company] is affiliated with [Evil group]" legends I always think that if it were true, for business sakes the company would be doing everything they can to keep it a secret and they would certainly not leave clues such as logos and hidden messages

In which case, you'd at least expect them to get their evil symbols right.

of course, when everybody knows what symbols to look out for, the secret communications thing falls down a bit. (* no, I don't know why that's what came to mind either.)
