It's hard to type that way - makes me think of Title Case in Word. Seriously, how did they get every word to be capitalized like that, without realizing it? Or do they think that's really how you write?

Services (Ambulance) took me to Baylor Hosp. in Garland, they refused to
treat me because I was AMERICAN, had No Insurance, Medicare/Medicaid,
Emer. Ser. took me to Parkland, they also refused treatment for the same
reasons, I was admitted to Zale Lipsey Hospital, on the promise that They
could use me as a TEACHING PATIENT and TAPE the SURGERY for classes, I had
to have my wife sign the papers since I was in a COMA by the time I
reached the Hosp.

Emer. Ser. wouldn't take me to the VA (thank Goodness) I survived the
Surgery but it left me 100% disabled and it took me over a year to get
Disability from SSI, the Doctors stated that the cause was from a Head
Injury I received Probably while in Viet Nam, since I had been Under
Treatment for The Injury since 1974 from the VA, but the VA wouldn't
approve Disability, now the DAV is assisting me in attempting to get
Disability from the VA for the Injury, the VA says it's "Under REVIEW" !of
course they want witnesses, from 38 years ago !!!! They are all DEAD!!!!!

Just goes to Prove One Thing , or maybe 2, If Your AMERICAN don't expect
anything, if Your a VETERAN, EXPECT EVEN LESS !!!!!

Isn't it illegal in the US to turn away an emergent situation due to lack of insurance? Case Here I remember in college a doctor here in the valley got in hot water for turning an undocumented patient away from his office. She later died of appendicitis.
