I think if you're looking to tea to solve your health problems you're in trouble
![]() I like Earl Grey with bergamot, with a tiny splash of milk - I don't take it to improve my standards of health. I think certain teas go well with milk and others better without - to suggest you have a taste deficiency for adding milk to tea without at least defining which tea you're on about is a wee bit crass. |

I have to agree; I drink tea because I like it. I'm not doing it for my health!

i didnt know that tea did, or was supposed to have any redeaming value. but then, i cant drink milk either, will have to stick to coffee and other stronger stuff
