Comment: My old bank,(Chase),is saying they paid you in October, I think
it was. However, my new bank, Capital shows that you automatically
deducted 2 payments in October OR November. I figured the old bank did
not pay you (they're saying they did and are charging me $29.00 plus
another $35.oo because they're saying my acct. was closed (t wasn't. I
was keeping it open in order to have you deduct a payment that month).
Please let me know what your records show. If you took 2 payments that
month, please let me know why. I'm thinking Chase did not pay you and so
you took 2 payments from my Capital account the following month (which
would have been Oct., perhaps Nov.) Thank you. I go the Curves in
Appleton on Van Roy Dr. or it could be College Ave. I'm not sure.
