Default The Great Nutrient Collapse

A fascinating article suggesting that a documented rise in CO2 is resulting in diminished nutrient content in our food supply.

The atmosphere is literally changing the food we eat, for the worse. And almost nobody is paying attention.

This is a really scary story since it shows all those things that we don't really think about, but are connected to things we are messing up. Sort of like the earth is trying to knock us back a bit so it can recover.
