A Spanish ship would seem to indicate colonialism more than piracy.

I just checked my phone, and the actual 10th picture on there is a giraffe.

Hello Kitty

The meme specifically says pictures, but the 10th item in my camera roll is a video of Ash trying to fit into a box that's too small for him.

So, if videos count, my new economy will be based on cats in boxes. My economic adviser Maru assures me that the global markets can support this.

If you're Spanish. If you're English, it represents a prime target for piracy. One man's convoy is another man's prize.

Well, if my phone were calling the shots on society, we'd be a ceremonial military based society.

Would not like that too much at all.

A frigate would be an extremely unlikely target of piracy. Just as it is now, most historical pirates used small, fast boats to attack unarmed or lightly armed mechantmen.

Apparently, the new economy will be based on my wife and I. Clones thereof, perhaps?

No, we're just going to make the two of you do all the work!

You'll have robots to help, though. -- at least, if anybody's tenth picture is of robots.

True. Unless you're British. Then you just use your own frigates to seize the gold-laden Spanish frigates prior to the outbreak of war and call it "totally not piracy."

Arrrrrrgh!

The economy will be based on vegan airline meals that include little packets of cow's milk for the tea for some inexplicable reason. So non-vegan vegan food.

The tenth picture on my phone of a sign advertising a walking group. So walking? Organised groups?

The one before one of a lizard that I sent to my parents with the caption of "lizard!" I like that one better, don't know how it would work but I like it.

Having just scene "Aliens Covenant" I am not sure I trust robots...it seems that sometimes robots can be evil...but those films have a bet each way regarding robots so I am not sure.

I'd assumed Alarm meant that the frigate would be the one engaged in piracy, but you're right, that was us not the Spanish! And it definitely wasn't piracy, and we had no links with Russia.

Huh. Well, if that's the case, then the economy is gonna tank awfully quick, unless the (hypothetical) robots pick up 110% of the slack!

I prefer the idea that we'd be treated like those masterwork paintings that are held in a vault, safe and secure, and are "traded" (on paper) for exorbitant sums... but never leave the safety of their vault. An entire economy based on "trading" two people, but we get to continue living as we do now.

The frigate was moored in a Canadian harbour, which used to be a British Colony... So it might have been "convinced" to head there by someone more competent than Sid Barrett's privateers.

It's not piracy if a government does it, it is commerce raiding (or taxes).

The 10th picture on my phone is a picture of a small child sitting on Santa's lap at the mall. Hmm, could mean capitalism is alive and well after all or else it could mean we're about to move to a free stuff if you're good coal in your stocking if you're naughty system.

Basketball. So we are back to big money sports, beer ads, car ads, Viagra ads, etc.

Granted, it was a photo of youth basketball, for kids with special needs no less, so maybe someone can find a better message.
