Anyone for the Ballad of Blackadder?

I've found that Netflix has all Blackadder series', and I'm now mid-way through Blackadder II. And the theme song has remained with me...

Anyone want to adopt Skimbleshanks the Railway Cat? As much as I like the musical Cats and the source material, I really need to find a home for this song!

Ever since I downloaded George Carlin's Classic Gold album to my iPod, it's been:

It's raisins that make Post Raisin Bran so wonderful
It's raisins that make Post Raisin Bran so different
It's raisins that make Post Raisin Bran so raisiney
More raisins
Much more raisins
More raisins than you have ever seen before
If you like raisins
Fat juicy raisins
You'll like Post Raisin Bran more!

Even watching the commercial doesn't help...*sigh*

ETA: Hijack: Wouldn't "many more raisins" be more grammatically correct? "Much more" doesn't sound quite right(yeah, I know they had to fit the meter of the song). And now, the word "raisins" looks funny...

I don't know where Whitney's One Moment In Time came from but it's hanging around a hell of a lot longer than that

Momma loves her baby
And daddy loves you too
And the sea may look warm to you babe
And the sky may look blue
OooOooh babe
OooOooh baby blue
OooOooh babe

If you should go skating
On the thin ice of modern life...

The keyboard is the real killer.

The last song playing on my iPod before I turn it off at the end of my work day, usually gets stuck in my head till I get home.

Today it's "Jackie Blue" by the Ozark Mountain Daredevils.

Lather, rinse, repeat...(and I do like that song)

Bonjour les amis, bonjour!
Bonjour les amis, bonjour!
Bonjour les amis, bonjour les amis, bonjour les amis, bonjour!

I hate french training day at work, when everyone else goes to get french training except the one who already knows it....

(ETA: Because everyone feels it's cute to "practice" with me by greeting me with bonjour and babbling at me in barely comprehensible french)
(EETA: I didn't sleep much, I'm grumpy)

It may always be summertime in Singapore, but it's still a marshmallow world in the winter...

Normally I like my earworms (or at least don't mind them), but today I made the mistake of mentioning to someone that I was in the band in high school and had to play at all the graduation ceremonies for 4 years. Now I have Pomp and Circumstance stuck in my head. Gah! Flashback to hours of droning speeches in an under-ventilated gymnasium!
