I would make a poor member of any racing pit crew as I can't bolt the car's wheels on correctly.

There is a thing people do with their hands that is statistically unusual in that it doesn't follow dominant-hand rules. If 15% of the population is left-handed, then it is unusual that 30% of the population does the hand-thing with their left hand.

The "hand thing" had a name in my dream, but I cannot remember what it was. It was done mostly by the young, and was basically sticking your arm out in front of you and making "scissor" motions with your fingers in different combinations.

I woke up confused

Elton John is currently touring playing guitar and raising a storm in the heavy metal world.

A huge sub-culture, Elt-heads , has formed and follow him from sold-out show to sold-out show.

I was at a local fair, hanging out with Linkin Park band members. Mike Shinoda was a little pissed that more people didn't consider him a singer in the band (but I did, so we were cool). Chester Bennington was there and really lovely to talk to and he sat next to me on one of the rides.

I woke up kind of sad.

It's Saturday night and I'm at the site of my class reunion. Some of the other attendees are already there.

I'm planning to leave and go to another event but I plan to return to the reunion at about 10 or 11 P.M.

Thanks.

Bill

Stevie Wonder is such a big star that he has multi-platinum albums I've never even heard of.

Thanks.

I don't know why, but I'm in terrible fear for my life. In other news, I had relations with a woman named Melissa about nine months ago and, congratulations, it's a boy. Hmmm... Could this be a reverse Oedipus thing?

I was talking with a one- or two-hit wonder recording artist from the 1970s, who was also a pro baseball player for a year or two.

He noted how fortunate he was that he actually pitched a no-hitter, while many players with more accomplished careers never do that.

Thanks.

Bill

An audience-participation-type TV show is taping in my living room, with a woman host, giving away cash and prizes.

Thanks.

Bonsai Kitten

Our big kitty Oliver has a met a new friend that is a cat many times smaller than him but otherwise identical - not a kitten, just a miniature cat. Shortly thereafter meeting, they both morphed into chickens (same relative sizes).

Some airplanes have a method of operating the flaps manually in the event of a hydraulic failure, however it involves walking out onto the wing and turning a crank by hand. Note that this dream wasn't as exciting as it might sound based on that last sentence. I actually dreamt that I saw this feature demonstrated on a plane on the ground at an air show.

Vanna White gets very upset when contestants on Wheel of Fortune shove her out of the way in order to turn the letters themselves.

Walking into a fire puts it out, and fire can be touched by naked hands. It's quite useful for kindergarten craft.

My tomato plants have produced some really giant tomatoes. By giant I mean like human sized. I have no idea how the vine can support that much weight. Also some fully mature grape vines have just sprouted out of nowhere. I figure I'd better learn wine making in order to put them to use.

We (the U.S.) are at war with North Korea. It has been going on for some time. My house is a shambles, as are any remaining houses I know about. My best friend and I are boarding all of the children from the class I'm student teaching. Sometimes we take them on hikes through the forest that has grown where other houses used to be.

They have changed the weather symbols to show pictures of dinosaurs instead of rain, snow etc.

Currently Florida is at risk of a fierce T.Rex while the Eastern seaboard is facing heavy triceratops.

And Quebec is facing a freak fall of velociraptors.

The street luge has become the new eco-friendly mode for commuting. You just put on a helmet, lie down on this long, skateboard-like thing, and zoom downhill towards work. Although in my dream the board seemed to be enclosed, like lying inside a bobsled with skateboard wheels. The downside is that when you reach the bottom of the hill you then have to enlist the help of a driver to push you up the next hill with their car. I had to get pushed uphill by two sarcastic young women who seemed unimpressed by my mode of transportation.
