Default Did Ernest Shackleton advertise for crew in The Times

Someone sent me this a few days ago, and my first thought was that it was dubious. But noting the American spelling of 'honor' made me seriously sceptical, as Shackelton was a highly-educated Anglo-Irishman and would have spelt it 'honour'. Has this ever been authenticated or disproved.
