Default "Black Power" spray-painted on Confederate Flag?

One of my friends shared this on facebook. The caption is "so this guy in my neighborhood is super racist and he has a confederate flag flying so someone last night took it down and spray painted black power and put it back up".

It looks like it could have been photoshopped, and the caption seems like a "too good to be true" scenario.

it doesn't look like a photoshop -- maybe a MSPaint job -- it's really poorly done.

It does look fake. The idea might have been stolen from a radio play called "The Appropriation of Cultures" in which a young black main buys a truck with a confederate flag decal and calls it his black power flag and convinces others to do the same, eventually leading to his state taking down the flag from the capitol building.
