You really can't be mad at your husband because of something he did in a dream you had. No matter how heinous. I'm still seething .

My ex-wife used to do this to me all the time.
It's really annoying.

I'm pretty sure my husband would laugh at me if I said anything (and rightly so) but it is amazing how feelings you experience in a dream can linger on afterwards. It's a little disconcerting to be honest!

I've had that experience, too. It is disconcerting. I never said anything about it to the other person, except as a joke.

I just had one of those dreams recently. This happened to be Mr S' day off, so he was home when I woke up right in the middle of the dream. I told him I needed a moment before I spoke to him. Just until the dream faded.. Later I explained to him what he had done in the dream (which I can't remember now) and he said no wonder I was angry.

Don't buy milk from the farm shop. It may be closer than the supermarket, the milk will go off withing 48 hours, or it will taste bad in the first place....ugh.

If ground meat is used to hold other ingredients together, you can make the dish with less meat, but you will have problems if you try to make it meatless.

If you know it's too hot for him, so that you know Ferdinand will give up on his walk after 10 yards, giving into his demand for a walk is a bad idea.

Stop beating yourself up. It's not your fault, no matter how much you feel it is. It's normal to feel good.

It's also alright to cry. The world will not end if you do cry. It won't cure everything, but it's needed. Give the little blue girl in glasses a chance at the helm.

You don't need a satellite radio. Especially since you already have Music Choice on cable, and the iHeart Radio app on your phone and tablet.

Do not call a deaf cat when you can't find her. It just makes you feel stupid, and accomplishes nothing.

geminilee, I've done it.

To the point of being outside calling "Cat who can't hear me!"

-- what's really odd is that sometimes it seemed to work. (Though I suppose that logically it's more likely that he saw me.)

It may look nicer to hang your fitbit on a chain rather than a ribbon, but...

...you idiot, you're allergic to nickel and you didn't use a silver chain!!

You have sick days. Use one if you need it. The fact that you have a three day weekend doesn't change the fact that you feel like crap today.

I have the same problem sometimes, Keket. Does it help if someone else tells you to go home? If so then--go home, Keket.

It was an argument with myself about going in to begin with. We were understaffed with vets all last week and the first part of this week as conferences and vacations overlapped and I've just been feeling progressively more run down each day. Add in some coughing, headache and nausea and I'm pretty sure I'm fighting off a bug. So I called in and stayed in bed. Hopefully I can recuperate enough before my 12 to 8PM shift tomorrow .

When playing a game with mods downloaded from the internet, be thankful that the people making the mods have taken the time to do so - you've got that part down well.
When someone, out of the goodness of their heart, made a mod that expands a city, adding a whole bunch of new NPCs and shops complete with lip synched voice over - do not think about how the well acted voices would have been better if they had used a better microphone than whatever is used for voice chat on the computer.

I have downloaded a bunch of mods for Fallout 3, and it has been awesome. I have no idea why my first thought on one of them was about using a better microphone - I feel like a horrible person because of it.
