Well, Yesternews had some "No Irish Need Apply" ads from newspapers;

Decatur Review (Decatur, Illinois) May 25, 1871

New York Daily Times Mar 25, 1854

The New York Times May 10, 1859

The Daily Republican -(Illinois) May 7, 1873

The Ohio Democrat May 10, 1883

Here's there link;

Did you add the lines identifying the newspapers? Because several of them make no sense. The first ad (from Illinois) has a Brooklyn address. The third and fourth are the same ad, but appeared in both New York and Illinois?

I was able to map 270 Washington St. in Brooklyn, Illinois, a suburb of St Louis. I don't see a cross-street named Myrtle, but street names change. It's about 120 miles from Decatur, though.

Can't explain the 3rd and 4th one.

Most of the quoted articles in the linked post are articles, stories, and jokes about NINA signs. Perhaps the cites are where those advertisements were reproduced in such articles, rather than where they originally supposedly appeared. If not, then possibly the repeated one just has the wrong image with it.
