Skittles sweat the rainbow commercial. A guy is running on a tread mill sweating skittles and another guy is eating them just makes me think Eww

The Lilydale commercials where they have a very weird guy who's shown in black and white in a colour commercial shilling for Lilydale chicken. Guy is very creepy and the people he interacts with are shown finding him creepy - so why is he the spokesperson for this product? I really don't get it.

This commercial doesn't really shoot itself in the foot so much as it just seems like a bad set up for a horror movie.
"Invite life in" feels more like "invite the scary axe wielding stranger that you think is your husband in." I may just watch too many scary movies, though. http://glo.msn.com/living/glade-sense--spray-1505.video |

Similarly, any Skittle commercial that came out in the last three or four years.
I can never un-see the girl making out with a walrus. |

The ad comparing the retina display on the newest iPad to the new HD display on the new Kindle Fire. They show them sequentially and side by side, and say that "you may not be able to tell the difference." But the differences jump out at me. Most noticeable to me is that the iPad shows detail in places where the Fire image is black or much more deeply shadowed. The Retina display is definitely better looking to me.
As it happens, if I were to buy a tablet of that size, and I had to buy one of the two, I'd get the Fire. But trying to convince me that the displays are equal isn't going to work. |

From time to time I'll see ads for a "Justice Coin" commemorating the raid on Osama Bin Laden's compound. One of the perks for ordering the coin immediately is a "military briefing packet" which they promise contains "operational details".
Until very recently, the ad referred to the mission by the wrong code name. Last edited by Meka; 17 February 2013 at 04:29 PM. |

Here's one I've just seen today for Sheba cat food.
It's got a woman who turns on some dance music, then does this sexy little dance around her apartment while kicking off her shoes and giving her cat a very suggestive look as she gives it a dish of cat food. Seriously, whoever was in charge of approving that really needs to think about whether or not sexy times with your pet is really the message they want to send. |
