Spit Take Little things that make you giggle

I guess this is similar to Little Things That Make You Happy, but this is about stupid stuff that for some reason just hits you as being funny and sends you into giggle fits.

The printer by my computer has a touch screen on the front to select menus and so forth. Ash likes to sit up on top of it to look out the window into the back yard. When he does so, though, his swishing tail back and forth hits the touch screen and sends him inadvertently through all kinds of random menus. Of course there's audible feedback for each menu change, so there he is swishing his tail back and forth, the printer is beeping with each swish, and he's looking around confused trying to figure out what that weird noise is. Makes me giggle every time, even though I know I have to look through the printer setup to see what he might have accidentally changed...

When my cat is under the sofa while I'm sitting on it and she sneezes. It seems like my couch is sneezing.

Hammy snores. Very, very, very softly.

Mum and Dad have spent the last few years travelling around Australia house and pet sitting. One of these houses had two little rescue dogs. The female dog likes to watch other animals on TV. It got to the point were we would tell her what they were. "Look Sally some lizards" But if it was another dog on TV she would run up to the TV, put her front legs on the TV stand and growl. Some of those dogs were quite big. But when they are just up there in that box...

When my angelic baby looked up at me from her breastfeeding, smiled... and sneezed milk all over my face. All I could do was laugh.

Watching the slow-motion replay of MLB players jumping, cheering, and slapping each other's butts after scoring. It's all so delightfully undignified.

TMI!!

Over the weekend, Steely Dan got a hold of a silicone ring that DH normally keeps around his e-cig so it won't roll away. Steely Dan led my (disabled) husband on a merry game of Catch Me If You Can before DH was able to get the ring back.

Ash managed to print out my printer's network configuration page last night...

I'm now wondering something... similar to the 1,000 monkeys on typewriters producing the works of Shakespeare at random, could 1,000 cats on printers eventually complete a network setup?

Ferdinand also snores sometimes, when he's on my lap.

He also likes to tuck his head down between me and the arm of the chair. It's adorably funny.

Pearl makes these contented grunts in her sleep. Also the way DH sucks his cheeks in when he takes a pull on his e-cig. Looks like something else.

The sound a cat makes when she's purring loudly and eating at the same time.

My dumb little dog sticks his tongue out ever-so-slightly if he is sound asleep. Then, when he wakes up, he doesn't realize right away that it's sticking out. It's SO CUTE.

This same dog sometimes makes a snorting sound at the end of a big yawn, forcing me to call him "my little piggy."

I just noticed that the bottom two drawers of the big tool box in our lab are labeled "shovels and rakes" and "other implements of destruction".

Unless of course it is a lab of mad scientist, then I think we need to be concerned.

Good point. FWIW - and you may already know this -- the label is a reference to the lyrics of Arlo Guthrie's "Alice's Restaurant."

My dad and I are just finishing up a trip to Disney World and when we went to Magic Kingdom we went to Tiki Birds first thing and were literally-except for the cast member-the only two in there. When the animatronic bird said, in its spiel, "look at all the people!" we just started giggling.

And you're accusing SatansHobbit of giving too much information?!
