For Mike Pence it's probably Pink Floyd's Mother...

Mother should I run for President
Mother should I trust the government
Mother do you think they'll try to break my balls
Mother should I build the wall?

At least we now know 'The Theme from Green Acres' is confirmed to be on the list:

Trump tweets video of himself singing 'Green Acres' with Megan Mullally at 2005 Emmys in honor of Farm Bill

Quote:
President Donald Trump lit up Twitter on Thursday afternoon when he tweeted a "Throwback Thursday" video of himself, clad in overalls and a straw hat, singing "Green Acres" at the 2005 Emmy Awards with actress Megan Mullally, before signing the Farm Bill.

(*Though I doubt he'd openly admit to that one, even if he agreed with the gist of the song.)

It’s easier to list stuff that ISN’T on his playlist. Like I imagine he’s not a fan of “Kidz” by Take That and probably doesn’t have any version of “Lift Every Voice and Sing.”

Though I can see Trump as having the entirety of Pink Floyd’s The Wall. He would totally be the type to hear the album from beginning to end and completely miss the point. Pro Tip: the character erects the wall to protect himself from ever experiencing any pain and suffering again. But the wall isolates him, causing him to descend into paranoia and madness, to the point where he envisions himself as the leader of a fascist movement. Or in other words, The Wall turns out to be a bad thing.

Then again, as I’ve said before, Conservatives really have no choice but to misinterpret rock music. They could center their campaigns around country music, since the genre tends to lean Conservative in its politics, but Conservatives want to prove that they are “hip” and “with it,”* so they try to use rock songs.

Trouble is, can you think of a Conservative rock star besides Ted Nugent? None of Nugent’s best known songs—“Cat Scratch Fever” or “Stranglehold”—are really suited to a political campaign. Alice Cooper is now a golf-playing, Republican-voting Christian Conservative, but I don’t know if any of his songs are campaign appropriate and the Conservatives are probably still scared of the heavy metal genre.

It’s the nature of the genre. We can argue about how much of this is true, but rock music has traditionally been seen as the music of scruffy rebels, thumbing their noses at authority figures, stickin’ it to the man. The trouble is the GOP are The Man. The GOP worships power and authority, so obviously they can’t make any meaningful jabs at either.

There's also Megadeath, but they're even less family-friendly than Cooper or Nugent.

I'm not very good at doing voices. Can I fulfill the legal requirement by using overly dramatic finger quotes?

Overly dramatic finger quotes are perfectly acceptable. In fact, ideally you should do both the voice and the finger quotes, but I can understand if you can only manage one.
