That was confirmed as an April Fools Day prank just like the Toilet internet service...

Tisp had me fooled too... someone at work sent it to me so I forwarded it to myself and was going to forward it to my friends until I read it. Then laughed, felt infinitely embarrassed, and decided to pass it on anyway.
