Default What to do with leftover mustard sauce??

For Christmas this year, to go alongside the prime rib, I made a mustard cream sauce that was super delicious. However, I now have about a pint still left and I'm trying to think of how I can serve it (or serve some, freeze some) before it goes bad.

I can see using it on-
-burgers
-pretzels
-wings

But does anyone have any other suggestions for what I can do with it?

I think it would be great served with hot pretzels or maybe as a sauce for bratwurst.

Chef

Pour it over meatballs (the frozen kind, heated of course) and noodles for a quick dinner?

If you want to get a bit fancy, beef rouladen uses a mustard sauce.

http://allrecipes.com/recipe/149686/...beef-rouladen/

It is one of my all time faves.

Might have to make 100 rouladen to use up that amount of mustard.

Add some sweetener (or not) and have it with broccoli.
