Blow Your Top The Oxford comma

Comment: In looking at some articles on the Oxford Comma, I've found
multiple references with this sentence: "The Times once published an
unintentionally humorous description of a Peter Ustinov documentary,
noting that "highlights of his global tour include encounters with Nelson
Mandela, an 800-year-old demigod and a dildo collector"

It isn't exactly a new rumor, but references to this Times article are
all over many grammar websites, and I'm wondering if this was a real
article or if someone just made this up. I've looked through what sources
I could find and didn't come up with anything.
