United States McCain's concession music

Comment: I'm wondering if the following is true (received as email). Also
whether this was done intentionally as an insider practical joke, whether
McCain knew about it, or whether it was mere coincidence.

What was the music that McCain had playing as he walked off the stage
after his concession speech on Tuesday night?
It sounded like it came from the soundtrack of an action movie. I must
know what it is.

It was the score to Crimson Tide.

That is remarkably fitting.

For those of you who don't know, Crimson Tide has Gene Hackman as a
grizzled old war-hungry submarine captain versus Denzel Washington as his
rebellious, young, black regulations-bucking first officer. It ends with
Denzel winning.

What are black regulations? And how does one go about bucking them?

They're the military equivalent of black letter law.

I recommend a four-pound bar, though in tight spaces a half-pounder can be made to work if you use a 3x hammer at 60 psi or so.

Well, as far as I can determine as a Caucasian rap enthusiast, "the green is for the money and the gold is for the honeys." I imagine that any deviation therein would constitute a form of "bucking." Whether these regulations are customary or statuatory in nature is a matter to which I will have to defer to the African-American gentleman in my English Lit class, Adam.
