I disagree. Someone with their head as firmly up their rear as one who would actually have thought this might go somewhere would not have likely gotten as far as she did. IOW, I don't think she is as insane as one might think, and I don't think the intention was ever to actually accomplish anything in court.

The intended audience is the hundreds of thousands of whackjobs that eat this stuff up. IOW, the support she needs is the people who will be buying her tell all book, and watching any television exposure a network is fool enough to give her.

Hmm... If only we had some sort of institution in this country to settle disagreements regarding the law. Perhaps we could design a set of rules of behavior for how to argue one's point in such an institution. We could even appoint arbiters to preside over these disagreements and "judge" the merits of the "cases."

Bah... but I'm just a wild eyed dreamer.

Wait.... if the verdict had been to remove Obama that verdict would have been....illegal? Or are trials only illegal when they don't go the way she wants?

If it's illegal, why did she initiate the process? Shouldn't she be in jail now, by her own admission?

Or am I misunderstanding? Does anyone here speak moron?

You are misunderstanding. Fortunately I am fluent in Moron (my first language as a matter of fact).

Roughly translated (sorry, but some idioms are not translatable), here is what she is saying about the "trial" (please note that putting quotes around a word, in Moron, means that word is made up and does not mean what one thinks it does).

"You are out of order. This whole court is out of Order. I'll have ham and Swiss on rye. The truth? You can't candle the truth. False, tigers do not live in Africa. This "trial" is good only until the end of the year or 50,000 miles whichever is green and is not valid in Ohio, Florida and Uranus."

Is this a joke? The insanity of this whole thing has me completely confused on what's real and what's satire.

Yes. The Borowitz Report is satire.

Now this I understand.

Or those who will donate money to her from her paypal link on her webpage. They think that they are fighting for freedom while she probably thinks that she knows how to squeeze more dollars from those retards.

Ironically enough even trying to stop her abuses may help her. She's abusing the heck out of the legal system but the more legal penalties that the legal system puts on her only strengthen her case, among the back-births that support her; that she's being persecuted by an Obama government involved in a conspiracy.

Being someone who was born in Hawaii, I follow all the Birther's cases because of the fact that their arguments simply mean that anyone born in Hawaii by their odd definition (after 1959) are not citizens of the US.

Gee, all this time, I've have been paying taxes and SS has been collecting their share, for which I'll never see, when all this time, Im not even a legal citizen.

D'oh!

From the comments:

Quote:
I want to go and show my support for Mrs. Taintz. She is a real patriotic fighter and she needs to know we have seen the Birth notice from Kenya. I saw real scans of it online. What more can I say. It’s impossible to fake these things because they use special paper that copies cant see.

If the Kenyan authorities indeed use "special paper that copies cant see", wouldn't the fact that you saw a scan of the alleged birth certificate be proof that it is a fake? A scan is a copy too, you know.

Apart from that, most commenters don't even get the name of their heroine right.

I'm just happy for the 22n'd amendment, cos in 3 or 7 years time this nonsense will be over.

Isn't about time we accept he is in fact an American?

Unless he loses in 2012 and runs again after that.

ETA: And anyways, the tax protester people use legislative oversights made in 1803 to bolster their view that the income tax is illegal, so I don't think Obama's leaving office will stop anyone. They'll just move on to refusing to follow any law he signed.

I clicked on your link and at the top of her webpage saw:

A Photoshoped pic of her with a flag and the US constitution followed by the words.

Quote:
World's Leading Obama Eligibility Challenge Web Site

Your donations to the cause are much appreciated.
Followed by a link to her paypal account. She's not even trying to hide it.

May as well have said "anti-Obama nuts, send me money to keep my circus going."

Fair does lord_feldon. I did edit my post, because I'm not an expert on the system by any means, and will never claim to be.
