Icon05 AT&T Care to Connect Program

Recently heard radio ad about AT&T care to connect program. Ad stated AT&T would match dollar for dollar any contributions made. This was for calling cards for the troops. Went to their website, but found no information on how to contribute. Talked to 2 different people at AT&T, who knew nothing about this, nor could even find out anything about this program. The only thing I found on AT&T's website was an archived news release about a school in Connecticut that raised money for program. Any links from this just led me to a page to buy phone cards & cell phone recycling. Has anyone else had this experience?
