Bonsai Kitten

Acute angle with a cute kitty.

One of Marmalade's favorite sleeping spots.

Bonsai Kitten Cats are both solid and liquid, according to science

in 2014, the question was examined in detail by an actual scientist. A physicist at Paris Diderot University used rheology, or the study of the flow of matter, to determine whether a felineís ability to fill up a fish bowl makes it something more fluid-like than it might appear.

Cats are a gas as they expand or contract to fill the available space.

All the cute pet pictures...I really ought to take more pictures of my bunch. I wish I could get some photos of Roxy-kitty lying on my built-in shelf, since she probably looks as cute as can be, but I canít because doing so, would require me to have my hands free. Still the way she purrs when she does it, clearly indicates she has achieved kitty nirvana or purr-vana if you will, and will exist in a state of supreme kitty bliss, until I have the audacity to adjust my posture in the slightest or she gets distracted.

A cat posing like that always gets the "Draw me like one of your French girls, Jack" quote in our house...

I asked him if he had no shame, but he didn't answer. He just wiggled and rolled over.

Dignity doesnít get you tummy rubs, even if itís often the forerunner to kittyís bear trap attack.

I’d vote for him!

Gobi will be 12 in March, so in human years he's old enough.

Here's a recent photo of my Boomer-Dog. He still doesn't know he is a big dog and as a senior dog, it's not likely he'll ever figure it out. I've seen him get bossed around by dogs less than half his size. Boomer is basically the Pollyanna of dogs, unable to envision a world where other people and other dogs aren't as nice as he is. He always looks so baffled when he walks up to some other dog, and the other dog responds by growling at him, is all "What did I do wrong? I was friendly, wasn't I? I let him sniff my rear. I like him. Why doesn't he like me?"

Feel free to continue debates over what kind of dog he is. Boomer was dumped near our yard when he was a pup, so all that can be said for certain, is that he's a good ol' American mutt. No one dumps a dog with papers, after all. But it's still kind of interesting, debating which strains make up his genes.

Dis Marmalade. He chonk.

And this is Ash, regretting having his catnap interrupted to have yet another picture taken... Suffering the paparazzi is the burden of the beautiful, I guess...

Yeah, he's 8 months old or so. He's going to be a big kitty!

Both cats have remarkable tails, too. Ash has a very long, fluffy tail, and Marm's is thick and bushy.
