Thank you, because it was likely to happen anyway, but for our sake, please try not to die, since then what would we have to look forward to next year? Sure, US politics might be totally screwed up, UK is heading there too, nature might be about done, but there will be Snopester at the Moomba Birdman to look forward to. Well, I guess we could just send GenYus, but I am not sure he is up to death defying stunts. He seems more likely to risk his life by using horrible puns.

I was told in the most demeaning and insulting rlterms yesterday that we need to find a new place to live. I'm numb and a bit paralysed. I don't know how to start or which way to go. I would like to go into income based age restricted housing. HUD's closed up, the waiting list could be very long, and DH doesn't want to get rid of his metric ton of stuff. He's talking about buying a house. Just....no.

I just went to the most elaborate pub quiz I've ever seen. It actually had (among other things) a quiche round. Not just questions about quiche - they had baked four different quiches, each with four unique ingredients (for a total of 16 ingredients) and your team got a slice of each quiche and had to determine which four ingredients from the list of 16 were in each slice, with a point for each you got right...

I thought of hijacking the Tuesday Trivia thread but, well, what's the point of this thread other than to avoid hijacking other things?

Our team did quite badly, and not just on the quiche round. We did win several bags of Haribo despite that, though - one of which I'm still not sure how we won.

Might, maybe....don't wanna' get my hopes up. Have a double wide in a very nice and we'll maintained mobile home park. We (if we get it) would own it. It needs some work on the inside, but that would give DH stuff to do. I hate moving.
