I saw "coffee nut" and "strawberry nut" M&Ms recently, and all I can say is "thank you for making flavors that don't tempt me in the least."

I was at the M&M store in London last spring and tried some interesting flavours of M&Ms. My favourite were the rice krispy M&Ms.

I've seen those in the US M&M store, too. I think they're seasonal (although I'm not sure what the season is supposed to be).

They are in a blue pack (my favourite). We also get green (mint) and raspberry (red).

I found them at Walgreens tonight! I am munching on them as I write this-they are round, in a pub left package and sadly addictive.

Was filling this, this morning.

Forgot to grab one on the way out..

Anybody notice we've got a got a plethora of Tim Tam flavours lately, but none as good as the original?

ETA: MrsHobbit brought some home

DW brought home a bag last night.

Oh, dear, get these out of my sight. I will consume every. Single. One. If you don't.

I'm not even that big of a candy person.

The next time I am in the U.S. I need to walk very fast past the candy aisle. Otherwise too many of these will jump into my cart. Even without knowing if I like them or not.

But I know I caramel. And M&M's are a childhood favorite.

One question: When's the dark chocolate version coming out?

It must be a regional thing. When I was at the grocery store last night, I looked for the caramel M&M's but they don't have them (yet)*, but they've carried the Dark Chocolate M&M's for a while now.

Iíve bought Dark Chocolate before but I donít see it everywhere and not all the time. I believe Mars treats certain flavors as a limited item and keeps supplies low so that people will buy them when they see them. Heck, they may just keep it to different regions. Its weird.

I want caramel with dark chocolate. I'm assuming the one that's being sold now is with the normal chocolate, but it seems the M&M's site doesn't like me - it wanted to know my age and doesn't even list the caramel version.

The two Dark Chocolate versions I know of come with and without peanuts. I'm not aware of a Dark Chocolate caramel version on the way.

Maybe once the new caramel flavor is in wider release and if it does well?

Yeah, funny how candy does that! Dark chocolate MMs have been out for some time around here. I still haven't seen the caramel ones yet. I'm expecting a display of some sort, but they could be lurking in the candy aisle for all I know.

Mine!

Despite what it says in the upper right corner of the package, think of the seagulls in Finding Nemo.

I did not find them delicious.

Actually, they tasted okay, but the texture was unpleasant. Or just not right. Or something.

They were chewy, like a slightly firmer Skittle. I think it's possible the texture was trying to tell my brain that I was actually eating a Skittle, but then that made the flavor not match what it was expecting.

Regardless, I was disappointed, personally.
