it's not a copyright violation, it's showing a page from one site within a frameset of another. you can click the interlocking circles in the bottom-left corner to remove the frame.

It's only a copyright violation if snopes says so, basically.
It's a fuzzy area; since the link to that page/frame didn't indicate it was an off-site source, that's a minus. Since they didn't ask permission to link, bypassing the main site, that's a minus. snopes is well within its right to have them remove the link. Or not. |
