I think I'd like to write a poorly-selling book and create a fake scandal to drum up sales when it's pulled from shelves, too.

I see he's got a new "documentary" in theaters right now, too, so he's probably trying to drum up interest in that, too.

Well, that IS the standard principle of the "free market" system but there do seem to be a number of "conservatives" who conveniently forget that concept when "one of their own" is negatively affected by a company's decision not to stock the person's work. Kind of like the whining about how those brothers lost their gig at HGTV for their rather less-than-enlightened views became public. It's amazing how many people are claiming they're being unfairly and "unconstitutionally" persecuted for their religious views.
