I've tried tweaking the settings in my profile/options, but I'm only seeing a few posts in the "New Posts" view. Currently it goes back about one hour. Is it just me? Is this the way it's supposed to work?

I'm pretty sure New Posts only shows the newest posts since you last visited the board.

If there are no new posts since your last visit, you'll get a message with the option to view today's new posts. You can reach this page directly through the Quick Links tab on the toolbar. It's the first choice on the menu.

Thanks to both Tootsie Plunkette for the question and Spam & Cookies-mmm for the answer. Now I just have to change my snopes bookmark .
