Bacon "Healthy" options fatten us up

I found some interesting research on the American obesity crisis. Typically, people go for the quick and easy answer for the problem. The enemy for the decade: Supersized meals at McDonalds. Truth is, it probably is misinformation.

Another thing that is interesting is that the food pyramid actually turned out to be remarkably similar to pig fattening diets. Research on this can be found here:

Maybe we shouldn't look at the people who openly admit what they're doing and instead give closer scrutiny to those that are trying to hide it.
