I'm a bit confused by this. Since your statement seems to imply that people's moral codes are intrinsic and can't be changed, which would make indoctrination and missionary work impossible.

And AFAIK, a subset of religious people teach their children "this is wrong, because the Bible says so". Not "this is wrong just because, and the Bible happens to agree".

I don't know what you think I meant by what I said. Hopefully I'll soon come up with a way to phrase it better.
