We watch Olive the Other Reindeer but it's kind of an all year thing. That's about it.

I can't believe I forgot The Muppets Christmas Carol. I love that version. I'm familiar with a number of the more traditional movies mentioned here, and like them, but don't consider them necessary viewing.

Prep and Landing, a TV show about the elves that go to houses to prepare for Santa's arrival.

Not a movie, but I manage to watch the Christmas episode from Bones season 1, "The Man in the Fallout Shelter".

Anybody else with a favorite Christmas episode?

I kind of wish someone would make Christmas Ape, and Christmas Ape Goes to Summer Camp, so I could remember Troy McClure from them (they should be relatively easy, because they're supposed to be animated shows). I think I'd watch those. Possibly Suddenly, Last Supper if I was feeling more religious about Christmas.

Gotta get a Simpsons reference in now and then.

Aggretsuko keeps showing up in my Netflix recommended list; I may have to take a look.

...and I was just shortening my instant queue, too....

It's very worth it. And the episodes are short (around 15 minutes) so there's no serious commitment issues.

Not a movie nor even a TV special but one of our yearly favourites is Zero Mostel reading How the Grinch Stole Christmas.
