Baseball Woodrow Wilson ruined America

Comment: An alleged Woodrow Wilson quote that is used by many conspiracy
theory movies involving the Federal Reserve and IRS, however no source can
be found online other than a reference to Page 31 of a document titled
"Repeal the Federal Reserve Banks" by Casimir Frank Gierut (which also can
not be found online).

"I am a most unhappy man. I have unwittingly ruined my country. A
great industrial nation is now controlled by its system of credit. We are
no longer a government by free opinion, no longer a government by
conviction and the vote of the majority, but a government by the opinion
and duress of a small group of dominant men."

- Woodrow Wilson

Did you see this WikiQuote discussion?

I haven't checked out the original sources suggested in the link above. From a brief reading, it sounds like evidence for Wilson having uttered or written the first two sentences of the quote is weak.
