No Feds torpedo Navy sailor's 'Clinton defense'

A Navy sailor facing prison time for taking photos of a classified area on a US nuclear attack submarine is asking a federal judge for leniency, citing the government's decision not to indict Hillary Clinton for mishandling classified information.

He took the photos in 2009, so the Clinton emails seems like a thin reed to avoid jail. He knew he shouldn't take them. If he was saving for children and grandchildren, I suspect he had shared them with others.

If I were him, I would ask for another attorney. He might have a case, but his lawyer seems more interested in headlines.
