Default Karl Rove's vehicle

Comment: Attached is photo shot from inside car at drive thru in Dallas.
Supposedly it is Karl Rove’s Escalade. Best I can determine from the license
plate is that the vehicle is owned by a leasing company out of Minneapolis.

What do you think?

A leasing company out of Minneapolis? That's a Texas plate.

ETA: Not that I think the description is real. Just pointing out the plate.

It could still have Texas plates. Maybe I'll see that when I'm driving the old, big truck with receiver hitches front and rear........

It's missing a comma after "lot."

Just a quick question:

Could someone who voted for Obama file a complaint for being insulted?
I mean, technically the driver/owner of the vehicle called the voter an asshole.

I don't think that's a crime in itself.

Ah, I see. Here in Germany you can file a complaint because of an insult. So if someone would call me an asshole, I could file a complaint and sue.

Really? I would understand you could sue someone for defamation if you had any fame to be defamed, but just for some guy to insult you? That's harsh.

Well, you can't sue for compensation or somthing like that (afaik), but you file a complaint and sue him, so he gets fined for insulting you.

ETA: In common practice, most of the time the prosecutor dismisses the cases because of insignificance, but german law does
give you the option.

Dismissing the case can be combined with orders for the defendant to fulfill. One such order could be to pay a certain amount to the insulted person as compensation (§ 153 a Strafprozessordnung).

Yeah, but here in the States, the truth is a valid defense against libel.
