Icon105 Mr. Rogers' weight

Comment: Just has someone post a comment. Not sure if it is true or not.

"Odd fact: Fred "Mr Rogers" Rogers maintained a weight of 143 lbs his
entire life b/c the #s align with the # of letters in "I love you.""

I searched it on google and came up with site saying it was true, but not
100% convinced.

He also studied diligently so that he could maintain an IQ of 143 all his life. Stressing out to keep his systolic pressure at a constant 143 eventually did him in, however.

It turns up in his 1998 Esquire profile.

I'm really amazed that anyone can keep their weight at such a precise number, but maybe that's because I'm a woman and my weight varies by a few pounds every month naturally no matter what I would do about it.

I call "false". There's no way there's a hundred and forty-three letters used in the phrase "I love you". Not even if you count the quotation marks!

My weight varies by a few pounds every DAY, never mind month. You'd have to schedule even drinking and peeing to be exact to the pound, surely.

His entire life, eh?

After she recovered from the horror of giving birth to a baby 20 times normal size, I'm sure his mother was relieved not having to carry him around anymore.

I just read this rumor on Cracked.com, and the way they had it written out made me think it represents the number of letters in each word: I (1) Love (4) You (3). Of course, 143 could also stand for "I Hate You", or any other "I [Four letter word] You" by that logic.

If I missed a really obvious joke (or sarcasm) there, whack me with a 143 pound fish please.
