Is this supposedly the same guy in the other reports? I'm not sure why the guy is all that anxiety provoking--wouldn't you just have to not get into cars with strange guys offering you gifts? Or does this guy have a better MO?

Also...is there any consensus on whether this worm or maggot thing is real? I mean, I've heard of Herod's disease, but people's standards of hygiene was a lot worse back then...
