Missing Foucault book

Comment: I heard that Michel Foucault wrote a fourth volume in his series
on the History of Sexuality, and that it was published and sent to
reviewers before he died. Supposedly his estate did not want it
published, and did not allow it to be sent to bookstores. Is this true?
What can be in this "banned" book?
