Anyone here use a shampoo bar?
I'm thinking of using one; a friend told me how beneficial it was to him, and that there are different mixtures for various hair/scalp types. I'd just like some real person reviews. FYI, it's my scalp I care about: it gets itchy and flaky. I do know that a doctor I had several years ago told me I had scalp eczema.
