Back in the early 80's I remember some parents in Kentucky complaining that a speed freak had put meth pills in their kids' candy stash on Halloween. Nobody was arrested as a result of this and I rather cynically wondered if the kids might have raided their parents' medicine cabinets and then made up a story.

But, hey...the first hit's always free!

Someone in my community was handing out Bailys Irish Cream liquors chocolates.
The kids didn't rememebr where they came from, but each of my kids got one, as well as the kids they were with.

I guess its not illegal -- but certainly not the most socially consiousable choice of haloween treat.

I'd be inclined to chalk that up to ignorance.

So I'm going to be in trouble for the fact that instead of handing out bourbon balls (got some crap for that last year) I just handed out bourbon?
