Montana girl shot and killed one illegal immigrant breaking into her home when she was alone, and shot/injured the other. Got her dads shotgun and shot as he trained her since age 9. Why not on other news shows?????? Hum..... |

Maybe because the other news shows don't report apocryphal stories:

What is this country coming to? WAKE UP AMERICA!!!11!!1!
Now this Snoops guy wants the news to only report facts! I fear for the futore. What happned to those great American values I grewe up with, when a man was free to belive what he wanted instead of what is actuly true. If this storyu was so untrue then why didn't the other networks tell us about it not never happening, huh? Explain that on, Mr "just the facts, ma'am". Show me the long form Birth Certificate of the made up little girl that never exsisted and then I'll believe your truth! |

Comment: We need to take our country back, we need to get that sob obama
out of office before we have no country, no rights no anything. I lived long enough to know what a good president is not one who does not know how to salute our flag and doesn't know how to stand at attention to honor the men and women who gave their life for our freedom. This muslin needs to return too his people and rule them, I know I would not let him empty my septic tank if he did it with a straw, my american crap is too good for him. I truly believe anyone who votes for obama is not a real american. |

I truly believe anyone who thinks our president is a cotton fabric shouldn't be allowed anywhere near a voting booth.

Unless of course their opinions agree with mine in which case they should be given a national stage at my party's convention.

Comment: Regarding rumors about Mr. Barack Obama; I can appreciate that
you try to put to rest rumors about him. But, it is my personal opinion that pictures don't lie. How many times have I seen him NOT salute the American Flag. It is also my personal feelings when he was running for president in 2008 I was appalled that he would paint his "personal" plane with his own logo. No stars and stripes for him, nosiree, it was all about moving "forward". Well, to be honest, if we are moving forward I need to turn around because "my country", the United States of America, English speaking, is in dire straits with his forward plan. Lastly, rumors may be rumors but pictures aren't rumors, they are images that show "in the moment". How many pictures have you truly looked at and asked yourselves, this is truly sad of an American president? |

This entire diatribe is your "personal opinion." And you know what they say about opinions...

Too many times! An American president should salute the flag constantly, or else risk being photographed in one of the awkward, embarrassing, unpatriotic and downright Communist moments where he is pre- or post- salute. A worthy president even knows how to pee while saluting, just in case.

Comment: Re your comments on an email criticizing Alan Simpson for calling us greedy. The copy I read attributed it to a named individual in Montana, and while the tone was angry to say the least, without defending each accusation,it rang true to me. Alan Simpson has had a nice ride as a US Senator, and whichever health benefit program he selected I am sure he is getting a better deal than I after 25 years in a staff position at a known North Carolina private university. He seems a nice jolly person whose income has patly come from the people he accuses of greed. In terms of extending retirement ages, there is some great difference between working and extra 4 years doing construction than being a CEO, senator or many other white collar professions. Paying doctors less may work longterm, but the immediate effects are people finding no doctor is willing to take them as a patient. I won't take up further time arguing specific points. I've never seen your site before, but you do seem to be overly apologetist for what I find less than emphatheic speech on the part of someone who should know better. |

Comment: I noticed that there is absolutely nothing about civics on your
site. Certainly you should find something on the subject of civics, considering just how many citizens received that key component of their education in the public school system. Wouldn't you think that it would be mentioned somewhere? Doesn't it seem odd that it isn't offered and has been dropped from the curriculum of public education? It would seem that considering it once was one of the basic classes that was offered by the public education system, isn't anymore? It provided the knowledge of how government worked, what responsibilities we as citizens have and how our representatives were supposed to represent us. Our failure to continue this education to our children has resulted in a just plain dumbed down electorate. If the citizens don't know how government is supposed to run, then how will those people who haven't received this education know whether things are proceeding as they should or are these people just going to expect that what ever happens will continue as they have no control over it? Shame on our education system, shame on our government, shame on our representatives, shame on us for allowing a generation to grow up without guidance and direction. No wonder it has become a anything goes government as the people have now become so ignorant of our responsibilities and rights, we have leaders telling the people what their rights are as in what they can or can not do! |

Comment: Regarding the Obama-care microchip rumor: I wouldn't trust any
information that came or was presented on facebook. It's not a reliable source of media, and I dispute it being some form of "social" network; it leads to a lot of disputes amongst the people on it, and I don't think it a good idea to make your whole life open and expressible to who only knows--how many true friends are made through it, and what is anyone expressing behind people's backs in private messages? A phone call or in-person hanging out with people are the best forms of social interaction (even e-mail I'm a bit reluctant about, though it I'd use before ever returning to the quagmire that is the "Social" network; but the anti-facebook sites aren't but so different; a lot of similarities. But as far as the Book of Revelation and the identity of the anti-Christ, stay focussed on the Christ (the real deal) or you're likely to be deceived by the fake. |

Comment: These rumors are not new to me and was partially verified on
Friday night, when several news sources reported that at least $21 trillion has been put in offshore tax havens, much of it illegally. I have many sources who only talk to me on the condition of anonymity, but, I've usually questioned them to the point of annoyance when I challenge them about what they tell me. So, here are two financial rumors they've told me: First, the Bush 43 TCLCW (tax cuts/loopholes/corporate welfare) allowed wealthy Americans and big US corporations to completely shelter $42 trillion of income from 2001-2012, costing the US $16.6 trillion of tax revenue. The corporate welfare portion comes to $1.5 trillion, making the total bill $18.1 trillion. Even worse: most of the Bush 43 TCLCW are still in effect...now, if you think that's wild, here's the other one they've told me: American citizens and big US corporations have "offshored" a total of $71 TRILLION through the end of last year. If you can verify either one or both as true, I think you should publish them. We're talking about staggering amounts of money here... |
