A 6-year-old girl whose intestines were partially sucked out by a swimming pool drain, leading to tougher safety legislation, has died.

I remember being told that a lot of people die by sitting on the bottom getting stuck to the bottom and drowning, it makes me wonder if this being similar doesn't happen much more than I've heard as well.
