His website used to be fun to visit when he was alive, but it's been stripped of most of the content and is used to push products now.

The links at the bottom that used to take you to rebuttals of things that have been attributed to him doesn't work anymore.

The quoted phrase turns up on plenty of blogs, etc., most not attributed to Carlin. Nothing shows up in Google Books, and if anything, I'd expect to see this line in either Brain Droppings or Napalm and Silly Putty, which recycle a lot of his more well-known standup bits in print form. For what it's worth, Carlin tended to comment more on general human stupidity than to use the hackneyed comedic gender divide.
