Oh. I pictured "stuffed snopes" as... something else.

much time on his hands --

Among many other ideas that I have developed over the years, I believe I
have a program that UNIQUELY fits into the "snopes" website concept --

Providing the TRUTH to your readers/subscribers who are about to enter the
market place

Comment: I don't know where this item goes, and it's a long story, BUT, I
just released a book on a subject matter that is being wrongfully betrayed
in Wiki-pedia and many other sites and findings. You may go check out my
website: bornwithaveil.com and/or I will be glad to send you a copy of my
book, either online or in print, for you to check out my facts against
what some idiots who just do research have "out there". I was born with a
veil, 70 years ago, and so was my mother. I just wrote the book on many of
my experiences, with witnesses and info about my delivery doctor and how
he described what it is. I would love to be able to refer all the people
contacting ME about my book to this site for the CORRECT AND ACCURATE
INFORMATION ABOUT babies being born with a veil, what it is, what it is
not and the whole story. If you are interested please email me. I am
getting ready to do a press push and would love to put your site as "the
place", besides my sites, to go for the TRUTH!....you are the only one
that I have contacted about this...thanks for listening...my book is BORN
WITH A VEIL, NOW WHAT?,

Comment: I was watching the primary conventions over the last few weeks and
thought, "Why isnt there a Snopes Channel or at least a Snopes Primary
coverage or, better yet, a Snopes Presidential Debate Coverage" show.
Probably explains itself, but essentially just normal coverage, but a
crawl providing as real time as possible feedback on the statements being
made."

Just a thought. Ide watch the Snopes version EVERY TIME.

Comment: I am going to reveal to you an original (well, mostly!) and *exceedingly
easy* way for Snopes.com to earn significantly more traffic (who would
have thought it possible!)--yet with a small catch. Since your website
does generate revenue (though perhaps somewhat less than you would like!),
I'm going to ask you for a small portion of the extra revenue that you
generate using my very easy to implement technique. But since your website
is mostly a labour of love--I won't ask for very much

However, since this is viral traffic I'm talking about, it must be
implemented *very, very soon!*

How would you feel about compensating me 20% of NET revenue that Snopes
earns *directly from my traffic-inducing method?* And the other 80% will
go directly into - your - pockets. Fair enough?

This will cost, at most, less than $1,000 to implement (which I am even
willing bankroll--if you were willing to double my share of the net
revenues to 40%.) In this case, there would be zero risk to you.

This does not constitute a Legal Agreement, and I am not asking for a
Non-Disclosure Agreement or anything like that, because time is of the
essence I will disclose this to method to you based ONLY on a
gentleman's (person's?) agreement.

If this sounds fair to you, please email me at your earliest possible
convenience.

Such a deal, snopes. Of course you signed up right away! I think he does not realize that in proposing this deal, it becomes a legal contract?

Comment: My name is XXXXXX XXXXX, I work with Newsmax Media in Boca Raton,
FL and I am a huge fan of your site. I am interested in putting a Newsmax
newsfeed on your site for pay ( this would not be an advertisement, this
would be additional content on your site. WE PAY YOU) I feel your site is
a wonderful fit for us, and we would make a valuable partner to you and
your staff. The newsfeed is an efficient way to add additional content for
your readers while generating revenues with minimal effort. we can
customize the size and content of the newsfeed to your liking. Please let
me know a time when we can further discuss this opportunity. Your site is
loaded with important information, I feel we can only help. Keep up the
good work, you site is stellar

Comment: Dear Barbara and David,
My name is XXXXXX XXXXXX and I am a TV producer for Glenn Beck. Glenn
would like to sit down with you next Weds. Jan 23
and talk about some of biggest conspiracies that you all have debunked.
The latest being Sandy Hook. He would be honored if you would join him on
set at our studios in Dallas, TX (of course we would be happy to arrange
your travel). The show will be live from 4-5 PM Central.

Comment: I was looking at your vanity accidents etc.
My father inlaws aunt died in the 50's from lipstick.
She got a sore on her lip from the lead in the lipstick and died.
I thought it may be an interesting topic you may want to add.
I could get more information if you were interested.

Comment: We are looking to do a segment on Snopes this evening for a Al
Jazeera America show Consider This. We invite Barbara and David Mikkelson
to discuss their site and all the rumors that are online this evening.
Excuse us for the last minute inquiry.

Was that truely coming from Al Jazeera America?

And if so, why - apart from the short notice - wouldn't you consider it?

"Short notice" seems like an understatement.
