Warren Buffett on energy deregulation

Comment: It is now a common quote in the energy industry that SUPPOSEDLY Warren Buffett
said in a Forbes magazine interview that "energy deregulation would be the
single, largest transfer of wealth that we would ever see in our
lifetime." I am personally unable to find that interview or quote from a
third-party, unbiased source anywhere.
