My favorite pregnancy myth? That if mom raises her arms over her head and stretches, it'll pop baby's arms out of the sockets... wrap the cord around the neck... you name it. Bad things befall moms who dare to stretch and ever so slightly compress their uterus for just a couple seconds.

That's my pet myth too, PI. My coworker wouldn't let me do anything that required me to raise my arms over my head because the cord would wrap itself around the baby's neck if I did. As if the cord were attached to my elbows, or something.
