Immediately beneath the photo on the page from which it is apparently taken there is a rather NFBSK rant from a parent which looks like it might be related to this incident. If so, it would appear that others have already voiced their disapproval at her method of punishing her son.

In the post this woman says "I guarantee he'll never do it again." She's only fooling herself. I guarantee this kid and his friends got a good laugh out of this while getting stoned. His friends also probably sympathized with him and said "Man, that's NFBSK'd up". Trying to humiliate a person isn't how you get them to understand your point.
