Actually, YMMV, but I doubt that. Let's - for the sake of the argument - assume, that Emu meast *is* cheaper and it can *not* be distinguished by looks or taste by the average customer. Still, over here, WDW would be in really big trouble if anyone ever finds out. It's not wrong to sell turkey, it's not wrong to sell Emu, but you just gotta say what you're selling. If you tell people, you sell them Pepsi and it is Coke, you're in for big time trouble (at least the second time) if caught. One that cannot be made up by the marginal gains you can get from meat below turkey price. Also, if you're found doing this intentionally, you'll soon see some people talking "fraud", which would be a good time to call your lawyer. Plus, if anyone ever finds out, your reputation is going to somewhat below zero, I'd venture. And I would be willing to bet my buttocks, that it would be the same in the US.
