I know she hates kids. But I think she'd hate jail or being beaten up by the kids' parents more. Thus we can be reasonable assured that she wouldn't do this and would at least pay lip service to "not ok". But perhaps she wouldn't.

A child was trick-or-treating near Mt. Tamalpais Drive at about 7 p.m. Saturday, according to the police report, and someone put a hypodermic needle package into the Halloween bag.
