I like the section about "Dirt". As my mom always said, "a little dirt never killed anyone". I have the same opinion. My house is not dirty, but still, I stand by the 30 second rule, even though it has been scientifically disproved.

Wow, that took a much more conservative view of these dangers than I do. I've been coloring my hair (highlights only, but still) and visiting nail salons (I seldom get manicures, but I do get my eyebrows waxed pretty regularly) for years, and never thought I might be setting myself up for lymphoma down the road. Also, I microwave things in plastic all the time. Do I really have to stop?
